MEET MORGAN!

~General Vice President Nominee~

School Chapter Advisory Committee Member

Personnel Committee Member

As a Public  School Teacher for 7 years, there have been so many lessons about what it means to be a great educator. The biggest lesson I learned is that LEARNING NEVER STOPS. When you stop learning, you stop growing. I am running for WTU General Vice President because thus far, I've learned that we as educators, need more. We need more attention, care, appreciation, and opportunities. Some schools indicate that the relationships between administration and teachers tend to lean more toward hostile, detached, and observatory. What there needs to be is more of a working relationship where both parties are heard and valued. When educators bring issues to the attention of their administration, they need to know that they are taken seriously and that administration will do all they can to fix it. I seek to become your WTU General Vice President because I am willing to do the work it takes to ensure that no more of our issues are swept under the rug. We need change, and we need it NOW.

In Solidarity,

Mrs. Morgan Williams
